Manufacturing and materials

Each adult diaper is built on an absorbent core of fluff pulp and super absorbent polymer, with a soft top sheet against the skin, leak guards at the legs, an elastic waist or refastenable tabs, and a breathable or standard back sheet to your specification. Absorbency, GSM and pack format are all set in a written brief before production, so what you approve in a sample is what you receive in a container.

Quality control and traceability

Production runs to the signed specification with in line quality control, and finished batches are checked in an on site laboratory for absorbency and rewet, tensile strength and surface pH.
