1. Enquiry and requirement
You tell us the product, the sizes, the quantities, the target market and any label or price requirement. If you are not sure of the exact specification yet, that is fine. We help you translate a commercial goal, such as a price point or a shelf position, into a workable product brief, and we send an indicative costing so you can judge the fit early.
2. Specification and sampling
We agree the full specification in writing before anything is made:
- Absorbency level and the core construction (fluff pulp and super absorbent polymer)
- Top sheet and back sheet, breathable or standard
- Sizes and the waist range for each
- Wetness indicator, leak guards and elastic waist or refastenable tabs
- Pieces per pack and packs per carton
We then produce physical samples to that specification, couriered within seven days of a confirmed brief, so you can test performance in real conditions before a bulk decision. 3. Artwork and market labelling
For private label orders we support pack artwork and dielines, and prepare labelling for your market, including the language, the mandatory information and the regulatory text your importer needs. Getting this right before production avoids a costly reprint. You approve a printed sample of the pack, not just a screen proof.
4. Production and quality control
Production runs to the signed specification with in line quality control, and finished batches are checked in the on site laboratory. Typical checks include absorbency and rewet, tensile strength of the sheets, pH of the surface that touches skin, and the seal and cut quality of the finished product. Every carton is batch coded, so stock can be traced at lot level through your own systems and any query can be tied back to a specific run.
5. Packaging and documentation
Goods are packed for safe transit and, for export, for sea freight. We prepare the documentation your import requires, such as the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and confirm carton dimensions and weights so your logistics and warehousing are planned in advance.
6. Dispatch and delivery
We book the shipment to your agreed port or warehouse and share tracking, so you can plan receipt and onward distribution. From the first order we also agree a reorder rhythm, so replenishment stays predictable and your shelves do not run empty.
