Golden Years supplies adult care products through audited partner facilities, on private label, OEM and bulk terms. Every order follows the same clear path so buyers know exactly what happens at each stage.
1. Enquiry and requirement
You share the product, sizes, quantities, target market and any label or price requirement. We confirm what is achievable and send an indicative costing.
2. Specification and sampling
We agree the absorbency, GSM, core, sizes and pack format, then produce samples to that specification. Samples are couriered within seven days of a confirmed brief.
3. Artwork and dieline
For private label orders we support pack artwork and dielines, and prepare labelling for your market, including the language and regulatory text your importer needs.
4. Production and quality control
Production runs to the signed specification with in line quality control. Every carton is batch coded so a buyer can trace stock at lot level through their own systems.
5. Packaging and documentation
Goods are packed for safe transit and export, with the documentation your import requires, such as the packing list and certificate of origin.
6. Dispatch and delivery
We book the shipment to your agreed port or warehouse and share tracking, so you can plan receipt and onward distribution.
Minimum order and terms
The standard minimum order is 20,000 pieces per SKU. Share quantities, sizes and a target price and we will send a costing and a sample plan.
