Start with samples, always

Never place a first bulk order without testing samples in real conditions. Check absorbency over a full wear cycle, leak protection at the leg cuffs, the wetness indicator, and how the skin feels after several hours. A good supplier sends samples quickly. We courier ours within seven days of confirming the specification.

Confirm the specification in writing

• Absorbency level and the core material
• Sizes and the waist ranges for each
• Top sheet and back sheet type, breathable or not
• Pieces per pack and packs per carton
• HSN code and any compliance marking your market needs

Understand the minimum order and the pricing

Ask for the minimum order quantity per SKU and how price moves with volume. Our minimum is 20,000 pieces per SKU. A clear MOQ and a clear price break are signs of a factory that plans its runs properly, which is what keeps quality steady.

Check packaging and lead time

Confirm the carton dimensions and weight for your logistics, and whether the supplier can print your artwork if you want your own brand on the box. Agree the production lead time and the shipping lane before you order, so replenishment is predictable and your shelves never run empty.

Ask who actually makes it

Know whether you are buying from a trader or a manufacturer, and where production happens. Buying closer to the source usually means better pricing, faster fixes when something needs adjusting, and a real person to call.
