Production Supervisor
Own quality and consistency at our partner facility, from line setup to the batch that ships.
You will be our eyes and our standard on the floor. Setting up runs, checking output against approved samples, and making sure every batch that leaves is one we would put our name on.
What you will do
- Supervise production runs at our partner facility against approved specs
- Run in process QC and batch coding, and stop anything off standard
- Coordinate with the sampling and dispatch teams
What we look for
- Experience in hygiene, non woven, FMCG or similar manufacturing
- A genuine eye for quality and a refusal to wave things through
- Care for the end user. You understand who this product is for
